Shipping Policy Once your order is received, we will do our best to ship your package within 24-48 hours.
We understand that your little ones are getting bigger every day, so we make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.
If, for any reason, your item will ship later than this, we will email you to let you know. We ship via USPS First Class and Priority, standard rates apply. Free shipping on orders over $75.
Order StatusWhen your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within X days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Returns PolicyWe are happy to accept returns on unused, unaltered merchandise in its original packaging and with all original tags. Defective and/or damaged items are fully refundable.
Return requests must be made within 30 days from the original date of purchase for a refund (less any shipping fees) in the method of payment used when the order was placed. Items returned must be pre-authorized by a Bicycle Pie staff member.
When returning a gift, you need not worry about whether or not the sender will be informed. We will simply send you an email containing a Bicycle Pie gift certificate for the amount of the item(s) being returned.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Please note that we do not refund delivery fees or original shipping charges. Non-returnable/exchangeable items include: pacifiers and teething toys.
